We want you to be completely happy with all of your on-line purchases. We closely inspect all of our merchandise before leaving our hands to make sure you are receiving only the best.

Please review our On-line Return Policy carefully:
  • All returns must be accompanied with our Sales Receipt, have the Pink Domino’s price tag attached and be in original condition.
  • We must be notified of any problems within 48hours of receipt of merchandise. You can call us at 617-964-PINK (7465) Tuesday – Saturday 10:30am – 5:30 pm or email us at returns@pinkdomino.com to obtain a return authorization number. This return authorization number must be visible on the front of your return package or your return will not be accepted.
  • Regularly priced items must be returned (postmarked) with 14 days of the Sales Receipt date for a refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping & fees) on the original credit card
  • Sale Items discounted up to 25% must be returned (postmarked) within 7 days of the Sales Receipt date for Merchandise Credit only
  • Items Discounted 30% or more are non – returnable
  • Seasonal and Holiday items are non–returnable after the Holiday or end of season
  • Special Orders are non–returnable
  • Non – Sale Gifts are returnable for Merchandise Credit
